I unfortunately had to under go operations and procedures due to this negligence, which resulted in a torn rotator cuff repair. At the end of my litigation, my attorney passed, which unfortunately left me in what felt like a huge legal limbo of settlements and drowning in court documentation at the ripe age of 17.
