Unfortunately for me I was arrested by the Boston Police Department in the spring of 2015. The public defender the court originally assigned to handle my case may have meant well & he may have had good intentions, etc., but he was clearly overwhelmed with his caseload. I am a young professional and a recent university graduate. I was arrested for a misdemeanor charge.
