I called Morgan and Morgan and after explaining my situation the aide on the other end tells me that there was definite neglect on the hospital. Yet because it isn't what he th thinks a multi million dollar case that Morgan and Morgan wouldn't be interested? Nor would he refer me to a law firm that would take my case. He said they don't do that.
Soooo, Morgan and Morgan is only interested in people with huge payouts and not people in General? Thanks for nothing Morgan.

You call,they listen and I beleive if a insurance company is not involved, they tell you they can't handle your case and will refer you to the bar association for them to recommend a attorney.So if you think you have a great case and no insurance co involved don't waste your time. THEY DON'T HANDLE IFFY CASES AT ALL,All the talk about the people's people is false They should be saying only call if insurance co involved would be more the truth. Now let Morgan and Morgan dispute that one.

Morgan and Morgan are horrible. They do false advertising. Called them about a leg that that broken in a home with faulty stairs. They sent a lawyer out right away and they pictures and statements. Now 2 years later, they passed case to 2 more lawyers and nothing has been done. Called Morgan and Morgan and they cannot help or will not help. They don’t even know who they referred case to. Very upset. They boast on commercials about helping people get the most money they can. They are liars. Do not call them, ! They are only a referral company!! Horrible people, they don’t care about anyone... again do not call them, call anyone but them. They are only a referral agency

I called them almost a week about a case and have not heard back from them. May be they should spend more money on personnel than advertisements.
