Mr. Rock helped my husband when he was being railroaded in a simple mistake. We still got screwed but not in any way near how badly it would've been had it not been for the hard work of Mr Rock and his associates. I would trust them again without question.

Douglas Rock can not help you. The system there protects itself. You will be wasting your money to hire this guy. If you are out of town just pay the fine and move on. He lacks professionalism.
