I hope my service dog that denied me attention cause well mannered service animal was forced and escorted by security and police escorted me off property and walk in a sock home with infected toe untreated diabetic type 1 long behold a week later I called ambulance only to leave a week or so later with no big toe in salt lake u of u and SLC had no problem with him being in hospital so I was treated in time to not have same disaster cause they didn't denye sevivis becausti had service animal
I hope p.mahoney can perform personally like NFL qb Patrick mahommes 11. I need help I can't get back to career I was working towards selling cars making $8000 in a month like I did for mr. Meador. God bless Justice for us all neglected by for profit hospitals. Amen

In my case involving  not just Medicaid (it's insurance) , but all dentist is private . 
You try  to cover 
discrimination and scammers from dentists who extort money.. You do not understand  that cysts removal
 emergency operation  with biopsy is more radical operation . ( it cost $14,000 fo cash ) . Can you fond 
money for me ?  
If the Dentist fill the root canal  , cysts will appeal again or will malignisating . I can't found oral surgeon who 
will provide cysts removal for Medicaid .   
  Who you sent to treat  root canal ? Why you     provide falls information .    Who give you that rights ? you are Medical doctor ?

 My health for me is more expensive than your experts and your job , you can take money from Dentist .
