They know what they are doing but as with any attorney you need to follow their discretion so it's important that you hire an attorney that you trust. Jack Buswell has earned that trust.

Firm successfully resolved my issue

This firm was of no assistance to us. We worked with them for 2 years before we fired them. The next attorney we worked with to resolve the same exact problem took care of the problem in 4 months to our complete satisfaction. This firm was a complete waste of time and wasted $5,000 our hard earned money.

I found communication with the firm to be terribly lacking. They would receive my communication, charged me for it (as reflected on my monthly bills), but it was always difficult to get a reply and often I never got a reply. My case never seemed to move forward without heavy prompting and it would literally be months between any action. Finally, after the most recent 4 months of nothing, I have requested my complete file be mailed to me (I never received a response to that either). My case was never completed, but I'm out a hefty chunk of money, and have nothing to show for it.

I hired attorney Eric Hagen in August of 2018... nothing has been done in my case! Terrible representation, ambition, work ethics, and every other aspect that a law firm should be. I was charged almost $1300 so far. I have not been to court or even received a court date. I have not seen 1 paper that was sent or filed on my behalf. They charge you to talk on phone, email, or text. Also was told 3 different times now that my file would be copied and mailed to me. I finally gave up on the empty promises and drove 1 1/2 hours one way to get my file. Pathetic!

Not only did this firm treat ignore me prior to making all agreed upon payments, Ms. LoCante asked for additional funds prior to establishing anything else within my case. I was treated like a second class citizen a d as though my case was not important. I defended myself in my divorce case- not Ms. LoCante. I'm not sure how someone who is this corrupt sleeps comfortably at night. If you case is important to you, I suggest finding an attorney who feels the same way about it you. You will not find fire for injustice at this firm, but you will find sympathy indirectly proportional to your remaining balance.
