Grasias a su experiencia de 12 anos en la corte de chicago en este tipo de casos y este juez que tengo entendido es el mas estricto de esa corte , en primera instancia cuando le lleve mi caso el me dijo que mi caso se miraba casi imposible de que lo pudiéramos ganar por el motivo que yo avia sido arrestado por la patrulla fronteriza en tres ocasiones una de ellas en el estado de Mississippi pero todas ellas avian sido salida voluntaria y esta ya era la curta vez en el estado de wisconsin por la agencia ICE ninguna deportación pero el me pidió unos días para estudiar el caso por que en esta ocasion ya era un proceso de remoción en otras palabras era un proceso de deportación y el con el argumento de cancelación de remoción me dijo que podríamos lograr mi residencia y me podía aser ese proceso sin tener que salir de los estados unidos y con esto el enpeso a trabajar en mi caso cuando resulto que yo tenia una convicción de posecion de arma de fuego fue otro obtaculo el caso pero el con su experiencia reabrió el caso y apesar que el fiscal que representa al estado de Wisconsin se opuso el logro que me lo quitaran iso un cambio como resultado un desorden publico en lugar de posecion de arma de fuego asi sorprendiendo al juez que llevaba mi caso de emigración en chicago teniendo que reconocer el trabajo de mi abogado Steve laxton a todo esto le agrego que me dio un precio justo por el trabajo que el iso y como me defendió en el caso de emigración y el caso criminal yo lo recomiendo, y si un dia necesito un abogado no dudaría en llamar a Steve Laxto
