Atmosphere and staff are good food isn't the greatest especially for the price

Not satisfied with the effort (or should I say, lack of effort) performed. Much of the "work" was performed by her legal assistant (as most are) but they didn't listen or follow our request for what we wanted. The bottom line is, if I'm paying you-then do what we want regardless of the outcome. Satisfy the customer, that's been the most important principle that all businesses, including attorney's, fail to realize.
