Very positive experience with Mr Nikas & his staff during the sale of our home.

After I gave him the address where I wanted to buy a house he told a story about some friends that wanted that same house. My offer had been accepted by the bank when my realtor and I were about to finalize the papers we found out that someone had suddenly made a cash offer. Of course the bank accepted the cash offer over my USDA loan. Understand this house was for sale for over three years and no one made any kind of offer until Mr. Nikas told his friends that someone was about to sign the final papers to buy the house. On the sheet inside the house telling other realtors who had been in the house there were no names on that sheet in over a year. Mr. Nikas botched this deal for me because unless he told them how much my offer was they wouldn't have known otherwise.

He was decent about something, I was assaulted and the persons wouldn't stop hurting me so I sold an item with his assistance
