I am a corporate attorney who was injured. I had a personal injury attorney but he was unresponsive. Mr. Landau is knowledgeable and professional. I will write another review once this case is behind me but, the process with this firm has been thorough and I highly recommend Mr. Landau.

Absolutely outstanding Law Firm. The attorneys are extremely talented and hard-working. My mother fell and fractured her hip. The case was very difficult since it was against the city who denied all liability. The firm conducted extensive investigation, depositions etc and they were able to determine that the city was fully responsible for the condition that caused my mother's accident. The economic recovery was substantial and far exceeded my mother's expectations. In addition there was a hefty lien for all the medical treatment that she had received. The attorneys successfully negotiated the massive amount of the lien down to a sum that was quite reasonable. All in all, I do not hesitate to give this firm 5 + Stars and I am most pleased to write this recommendation.

I highly recommend this firm. I cut my finger on broken tile at a restaurant and was told at the hospital I would need surgery. When I returned to the restaurant they refused to complete an accident report. I spoke to Michele Mirman who sent investigators, preserving crucial evidence. Everyone at the firm was knowledgeable and supportive. I was impressed with their professionalism and pleased with my settlement.

Mirman markovitz and Landau is so incompetent in 2018. Since Mr. Mirman's death, they are unorganized, and attorneys are coming and leaving consistently. They do NOT have your best interests at hand, nor are they hands on with their clients. They take deals under the table from the other party they're going against, as long as it benefits them, your best interests are out the window. I would never EVER refer them to anyone. They will think of everything for you to pay for, just to take more money from your settlement . They charge you for a 50 cent paper used for your case, down to the cent AND collect their 30%!!! If I were you, I would look else where, because disappointment follows with this law firm, and if you happen to fall out of luck and be stuck with this law firm, pls do NOT allow Mr. Landau to handle your case, you will be sorry. I definitely was. It doesnt even deserve a 1 star, but I had to in order to give them the review they deserve.

I was very very very disappointed in this law firm and would never do anyone, not even my worst enemy the disservice of recommending them. They just did not seem to care about me or my case and their associate attorneys were the worst ive ever dealt with and dont even seem to care about the firm let alone cases, that being said, I quickly switched to another firm who are very hands on and handling my case much better than I expected, I dont normally do reviews but this was one I had to make. I never even once met one of the three partners, the associate partners left a lot to be desired and I am glad I left the firm, never ever ever again...not deserving of the one star and If I couldngive negative 0, I would gladly donthat in a heartbeat, STAY AWAY!!!!!!

Just had an exact experience as Thrives. Mine was with attorney Landau and he was cold, short and lacked compassion as if I interrupted his day with my seeking help. I barely got my 1st sentence out and his response was call the cops. Obviously it would get to that but he clearly did not want to hear me out. I still continued to try amd state my case and still got the same flat response and no direction or empathy on what I should do since he clearly didn't want to help me. I feel even worse than before I called.

I was on the call with Mr. markorwitz for less than 30 seconds he never introduced himself i had to ask his name he sounded drab like he was constipated and snappy as i tried to explain my car accident he wouldn't listen to where the injury was he kept having me to repeat myself and then says i dont think i want to represent you and he didnt even allow me to explain the injury the location or anything. I would NEVER REFER OR RECOMMEND THEM. THEY MUST HAD THEIR STAFF TO MAKE A RATING AS A REWARD WINNING ATTORNEY. I SURE DONT SEE HOW. SO RUDE! I'LL GO SOME WHERE ELSE FOR MY HUGE CLAIM.
