Very professional law firm

I had a very good experience from Avilene (my account manager) Mr. Mcready and Ray Biden. Everyone has been so professional and diligent in providing me with information. Avilene has followed up on my case every two (2) weeks up for up to 1 year when I was finally healed and released from all medical duties. Never a missed call to follow up on the appointments and information. I too called and followed up with any new information so I am very surprised at the 1-3 star ratings below. I think you also have to do your part and follow up with the firm. After all, you also have to be diligent on what corresponds to you. Thank you Ray, Michael and team for all of your hard work.

Everyone at the office from the. Intake who answer the phone and all the attorneys especially Ray my attorney are so kind and compassionate! I am so grateful that he is representing me and taking care of this nightmare!

Three years and no settlement yet!, on work injury!

It's took over a year to receive my small settlement of $3k for a parking lot fender bender. Not only was my insurance sued, unbeknownst to be, but I discovered that two weeks prior to the 1 yr deadline that the wrong medical records had been requested and I was unable to receive compensation for one of my two children that was in my vehicle at the time of the accident. To add insult to injury, they not only charged me for medical records for an ambulatory service that never took place , Joan also informed me that they charged a per bill fee of $33.95. SERIOUSLY! Copies of bills are free. The fees for one ER visit and one doctors appointment came to an alarming charge of $405+. That's a whopping 10%+ of my claim in addition to their fee of 33%. Imagine if there were 10 bills. I would have only hired them to pay themselves!

So, to make matters even worst; I questioned Joan about these inflated cost and she discovered that they did in fact overcharge me $75.95 and that they would correct this. I in turn have asked for an itemization of these charges because there have been several errors with my claim and she has basically refused to grant my request. THIS IS UTTERLY OUTRAGEOUS! I am hurt and feel violated by a company that I hired.

Fast forward 2 years later, I applied for a small personal loan and was denied due to a bill this office failed to pay. I have reached out to the twice and was told that they'd "Look into it."

I would not recommend them at all!

RUN! I wouldn’t recommend this office at all. It’s been years now that this office has been “working” on our case. They don’t ever update you or tell you what’s going on with your case. Every time we find something out it’s because we called. One time when we called for an update (since we haven’t heard anything in a while) the lawyer sounds bothered and upset that we were calling. They decided to actually put the case in to a lawsuit I guess so they can get their 40% but we have to wait until next year. There is so much proof that this accident was NOT our fault but from the looks and sound of it they are truly not fighting for us at all. It’s so disappointing and frustrating that we are not being taken care of! Even after being referred to this office by someone. Please find a different firm to help you! We’re probably not going to get anything for our case now even more that they hate us for calling and asking for an updates since they won’t.

Horrible experience with Rogelio Garcia,thus far.Lawyer rarely calls for an update on my mothers' case.When asked to speak or schedule an appointment with the lawyer there is always a turn around that he is unavailable. When trying to reach the Lawyer assistants' they NEVER know when/where the lawyer is scheduled for court.It's a joke that a lawyer assitant can not even provide an answer for a simple question.It has almost been 9 years and the case has not been resolved.Big mistake.

I was referred to McCready Law Firm by a close friend, who had used the firm a couple of times & referred some others to the firm. They ALL were pleased with the firm. I was initially pleased but as time went by, I felt indifferent about the people who were assigned to my case. I felt that they had no regard for me as a person and I was just business. However, Tyler & Courtney and Ray were awesome! Courtney was very personal and I know she took extra time with me. Tyler reassured my concerns, treated me as a person and NOT BUSINESS! I like this law firm,they've handled a case for me and it came by pretty fast 10 months in Total,but i recieved my check,i wanted more but hey it is what is was.and people are complaining atleast they didnt charge for a court fee and all that and they also can not control others for giving the info over to them,of your being sued tou will delay everything because you dont want to give up the money so patienta is key they will do there beat to get you as much as they can,they gave me what i asked.so i high recommend them wish they dis more then injuries.

NOT a firm to be recommended for Federal OWCP cases. After a 7 month retention with several thousands of dollars spent and minimal communication from their part, they were fired after my doctor for the case revealed the she had yet to be contacted. Please beware.
