I wish someone would've warned us, if you're not a case worth BIG $$$, they'll put your case at the bottom of the pile and spend little resources on it. Every time I try to speak to the attorney on my husband's case I get put through to the attorney's voicemail. Can't get anyone to return my call the same week. Always takes over a week with multiple calls to get anything answered over the course of 4 months! The receptionist/paralegal somehow never finds my file at the time of the call. She says someone must be working on it, yet weeks later there's still no update because no one's working on it.

Opened a workers comp case with them after work injury, received benefit approval letter from my employee at week 2, it's been now week 7 and have still to receive the first check.

I call the office for updates every week and they DON'T have a clear explanation for the long wait time. Almost two months off work and no pay. Would like less of their apologies and to have one of their attorneys actually work on my case. They have nothing to show after two months of "work".

Highly satisfied with my experience especially towards the end of my case. I highly recommend atty Minkow.
