I believe this law firm is not at all considerate about what happens to their clients. If you do, consider this law firm you better make sure you obtain in a written agreement that you are going to be referred to proper medical attention in the beginning. I chose this firm to represent me from being struck in a major accident where two vehicles’ have struck me one was head-on the other was being struck in the door after the head-on impact that has left me wheel chair bound. I was able to squat 255 Lbs. in the gym and have witnesses prior to this accident. Because I was struck so hard in the passenger door by a pickup truck that came in from behind after the head-on collision, I am really a medical disaster in more ways than one. I have severe pain in my left hip so bad pain medication will help minimal I have to stay seated. The firm did not file law suit and produce a deposition against the police officer that wrote an improper police report. This allowed the man that struck me in the door to bring law suit against the person that hit us head-on and he was paid money for hitting me is even more insane this is very poor legal representation. I filed a grievance against this attorney Joseph Morelli and of course it did nothing for me although being a Christian I have nothing to hide the seeds you sew you will reap. What attorney send a client to a chiropractor from a head-on collision and the accident is on youtube.com under my name Vincent Juliano accident 2017 good luck I received about enough money to get a used car and I am in really bad pain that on a level of 1 to 10 is always 10 when I stand on my feet. I have witnesses from Fulton’s fitness that know prior to this accident I was running on an elliptical and squatting good weight. Now I am pre-diabetic gaining weight with no money having to take pain medication unable to sleep praying that the new attorney can get me some surgery and money this is insane what these people have allowed to happen to me enter at your own risk.

Joe Morelli took the time to hear my case out and was very compassionate and patient. I was told to collect my medical records and send the information to him. After I did that (which was not a quick and easy task after seeing so many doctors), I tried to reach Mr. Morelli and I was told he would not be taking my case. When I spoke to the manager, Angela, she could not have been more rude or unprofessional. This woman should not be in a management or customer service position nor does she have the kindness or capacity to deal with clients who are in desperate need of help not her attitude. I could not be more disappointed with the service I received at this law office nor would I reccomend them to anyone who needs competant help.

Had a car accident case where damages and surgery was required, the law firm assisted with the set up of the claim to the other persons insurance company for settlement damages and then helped go through mothers own insurance to cover the shortfall and lack of coverage the initial insurance had to cover costs of medical and total car replacement and her suffering and loss of work for many months, although the insurance companies short changed us and later surprised us with a health lien to take a 1/3 of the money back, the law firm did all in its power to coordinate the paperwork, argue for the most settlement from each insurance company possible and negotiated with the healthcare provider to try and take less of a lien cut to repay back its own medical charges it expensed out for which we are confused thought it was paid based on the thirty plus years of my fathers work and now retirement checks that covered premiums for a major issue like this to avoid costs not to have them remove money from a settlement to recover costs out of the settlement that was to pay off the car loans they did not have before the accident to get a new car that had been paid off and all the time lost from work and the additional time being lost since work decided not to bring my mom back to her full time job resulting in even more wage loses. ------------ through all this and of no fault of the the law firm-----they have done all they could to help us out and resolve this last matter with the insurance company on the lien against some of the money and they is the reason they deserved the 5 High star rating from me, -------- if they are able to even renogtiate a bit more back from my mother on this final please to reduce the repayment claim they deserve higher than the highest mark---------------thank you

I was involved in a car accident few months ago. Chose to hire the firm after reading some of their previous reviews. They've been a great help. Contacted me every 2 weeks to get treatment updates. Katelyn has been very quick at responding to my emails and phone calls. My case is still going and I feel that the firm has been very helpful and have walked me through the whole process.
