If I only could have given ZERO... Attorney Brown is the most unprofessional, rarely returns phone calls, yells at clients, making you feel guilty, offends instead of defend! Showing his attitude and making you feel that your case is not that important as there are not many injuries. Getting frustrated and starts to yell if you ask more questions than he is willing to answer. He overlooked or forgot about one medical bill that he made a solo decision and asked to forward to Trantolo&Trantolo instead of sending it to us. By that time insurance could’ve covered that expense now it is an out-of-pocket expense. DO NOT HIRE Attorney Brown! Stay as far as possible from that person! I sent a letter to the Partners and their Director of Communications - will see what the answer be. Hope they really care about people not just their commission.

One of the lawyers that works there, Lou is a lazy lawyer he want you to do most of his job but still wants 1/3 and more of your settlement. He will hardly ever contact you or get back to you.I've sent in paperwork to get bills paid only to find out MANY months later that I have to pay them putting me into collection and ruining my credit. Stay away from him or you will lose out BIG time.

I have never threatened before by someone who called themself a professional I would not recommend this firm to anyone.

The staff has been very accommodating. Pam Parra did excellent endless, tedious work and was very helpful when I spoke with her. Mark was willing to fight, but between the slight difficulties we came across, with an undocumented PA's report, I was frustrated. I settled on the advice of Mark, but my husband and I were a little disappointed with our settlement. I am affected for the rest of my life and need to be on medication. The unfortunate fact that my PA never recorded my complaints about my back and (later added an addendum saying he remembered and added it to the file) hurt my credibility. Although the settlement took a little longer than we expected (at no fault of his own), he handled my cause extremely professionally, and was 100% trustworthy and helpful. It was truly an extreme pleasure working with him.

They make great promises up front & once they lock you in no one cares. I started with Peter Brown & he spoke directly to insurance company about the bills & how they should be paid. I was really impressed on how he handled the insurance company. Oh, well I got handle in the end. Mr. Brown is no longer with the firm & everything they promised is no longer true per his replacement. I tried to get an appointment to see the guy you see on the commercial but have not heard anything in over 3 months. I'm paying medical bills out of my pocket & now they want me to accept partial payment whereby I will continue to pay medical bills with the partial settlement money while they still get the 1/3 . Keep in mind I'm responsible for all of the medical bills. I'm still in pain from an accident whereby I was sitting at a red light and rear ended by a under insurance driver who tried to get away. I already got ripped off by the insurance company when my vehicle was totalled out. They tell you that you will get everything in the end. Well please believe me I'm getting it in the rear end still & still hearing nothing from them while it appears they are holding onto 25k earning interest in the Tantolo account. Note I'm still under doctor's care paying my copay. Over a year and being treated like cramp, that's what I'm receiving while still in pain. My pain & Tantolo's money. I predict by the time this case is resolved I might be lucky if I receive half of the money once the medical bills get all paid. I have uninsured motorists in hopes that the balance might get paid . Don't forget I lost money on my vehicle, registration, taxes, emissions. Believe me they don't break everything down like Mr Brown promised . Oh, by the way I still haven't spoken to the guy on the commercial. I have to get ready for my appointment. If I had to do it all over. ...oh well it looks like they only care about the cash going into the Trantolo pocket.

To be honest with my overall experience I do have to mention that I did have a rough beginning. My initial attorney was very abrasive and did not give me the family feel that I felt I deserved.
